CEREMONY IN CARTASSA

   Finally something new has happened in Cartassa
the new city rebuilt after its destruction years ago.
   Since I arrived in Cartassa there had been nothing important only foreigners, traders, and passing caravans who stocked up on food and water before tackling the track that leads into the Thahari desert, to reach the remote oases. in the expanse of hot sand.
   I had a house to stay and rest, after the long journey that had brought me first to Callera city and then to the new glittering city of JAD, built in Romanesque style and the citizens certainly
descended from the Roman barbarians who arrived from planet Earth.

 Lady Safina although with some reservations she had told me to be careful of women who already once had been drama in the city, and I promised him that I would be away from everything that was
female.
   The other day Lady Safina sent me an envelope

from a guard where there was an invitation for Lady Jinny's companion ceremony, (already my partner years earlier in the same city, but because of a slave she becomes jealous and breaking the relationship by not confirming it after the three months established), he was proud of the invitation, even if I wanted to celebrate myself (I have an Officer Companion diploma) ... but she calls my mother lady BB Arliss, she had also celebrated my and that of Sir Bernhard the year before.

.. the day of the fateful ceremony between Lady Jinny and Sir Viper I dressed in my best magistrate's clothes, (even I don't do the magistrate's job in town yet). I had sent some warriors to take lady hannah from the city of Jad, she had become my friend and I had also sent an escort for my sister lady Shani .. she usually lives in the north in fimnnurfiord but due to   the fairs she was still in brindisium in waiting for a ship to torwsland.

   The ceremony began at the appointed time. so many people had come from neighboring cities some that I already knew others that I had never seen,
lady harmony my companion still traveling was not there but there was lady mae my aunt sister of lady BB arliss and mother of safina, there was lady Shadow and the warrior Krys the cold.
all went well the ceremony of the seven veils was performed regularly even if Lady Jinny and Sir Viper wore barbarian clothes, a decision that was up to them, and finally it all ended with the happiness of all.

 Finalmente qualcosa di nuovo è successo a Cartassa, la nuova città ricostruita dopo la sua distruzione anni fa.
Da quando ero arrivato a Cartassa non c'era stato niente di importante solo stranieri, commercianti e carovane di passaggio che si rifornivano di cibo e acqua prima di affrontare la pista che porta nel deserto di Thahari, per raggiungere le oasi remote. nella distesa di sabbia calda.
   Avevo una casa dove riposare, dopo il lungo viaggio che mi aveva portato prima nella città di Callera e poi nella nuova scintillante città di JAD, costruita in stile romanico, i cittadini discendono sicuramente dai barbari romani arrivati ​​dal pianeta Terra.
Lady Safina anche se con qualche riserva mi aveva detto di stare attento alle donne, che già una volta erano state causa di drammi in città, e io gli promisi che sarei stata lontano da tutto ciò che era femmina.
   L'altro giorno Lady Safina mi ha invio un plico con una guardia, dove c'era l'invito per la cerimonia di Lady Jinny  con sir Vuper, (lei era stata la mia compagna anni prima nella stessa città, ma a causa di una schiava, diventò gelosa e ruppe il rapporto, non confermandolo dopo i tre mesi stabiliti), ero orgoglioso dell'invito, anche se avrei voluto celebrare io (ho un diploma di Companion Ufficiale) ... ma lei chiama sempre mia madre lady BB Arliss, aveva anche celebrato il mio e quello di Sir Bernhard il capo degli scribi l'anno prima.

.. il giorno della fatidica cerimonia tra Lady Jinny e Sir Viper, ho indossato i miei migliori abiti da Magistrato, (anche se non ho ancora il lavoro di magistrato in città). 

Avevo mandato dei guerrieri a prendere lady Hannah dalla città di Jad, era diventata mia amica, e avevo mandato una scorta per mia sorella lady Shani..di solito vive al nord a Finnurfiord ma era al sud per delle fiere(lei e una mercante molto rinomata) si era fermaata a brindisium in attesa di una nave per torwsland.
la cerimonia è iniziò all'ora stabilita. tanta gente venute dalle città vicine, alcuni conoscevo già, altre sconosciuti, non avevo mai visto,Lady armonia la mia compagna ancora in viaggio non c'era, ma c'era lady mae, mia zia, sorella di lady bb e madre di Safina, c'era ladi shadow, e sir Shadow e il warrior krys il freddo.

Tutto è andato bene, la cerimonia dei sette veli si è svolta regolarmente, anche se Lady Jinny e Sir Viper indossavano abiti da barbari, decisione che spettava a loro,  alla fine la cerimonia si è conclusa con la felicità di tutti.
